Your experience, ready when it matters

Stop starting over before every interview.

VantSide builds a persistent Career Memory from your resume and guided interviews about the work you've actually done: projects, decisions, metrics, tradeoffs, wins, mistakes, and lessons learned.

Then it connects that history to the job, the interview stage, the person you're talking with, and what has already come up in earlier rounds.

01

Prepare

Your resume, Career Memory, job description, interviewer context, and previous rounds become one evolving source of truth.

02

Interview

When a question connects to confirmed experience, VantSide can surface a concise story, metric, or fact — not a script to read.

03

Get sharper

After each round, see what worked, what needs stronger evidence, and exactly what to prepare before the next conversation.

Live help, grounded in you

Not an answer generator.

VantSide isn't built to invent accomplishments, manufacture experience, or interview for you. Its source of truth is your confirmed career history.

  • Your resume and career stories
  • The role and job requirements
  • Previous interview conversations
  • Interviewer and stage context
  • Facts and evidence you've confirmed

The goal isn't to have AI answer for you. The goal is to help you remember the right experience when the moment arrives.
